FLYING PERFORMANCE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY POLICIES

1.      RETURN POLICY

  1. We don’t refund, but gladly exchange (once only) or give a credit voucher to you within 7 days of sale by sending the product back to us.

  2. In case of exchange / applying credit voucher, please note a 30% surcharge applies to the returned goods.

  3. In case of exchange, we have to charge you for the postage and handling expense again.

  4. Provided that it is not due to a wrong choice made by the customers or any other reasons by the customers whatsoever.

  5. Provided that the product including its manufacturer packaging is unopened, undamaged and in its original new condition.

  6. Also if you open, damage, rip or cut the manufacturer packaging of any goods in any way whatsoever, it is not returnable and exchangeable.

  7. And also we do not accept any return and exchange of any electrical and fiberglass goods.

  8. When we need to place a special order from overseas for the product, any cancellation, change and refund of the deposit / product won't be accepted.  So please choose the product carefully.  (We will tell you beforehand if we need to place a special order.)

  9. No refund, exchange or applying credit voucher on sale, discounted and package items, so again please choose carefully.

Please read the following carefully. (For fiberglass parts only)

Be certain that you got what you ordered.  If you prep, drill into, prime, paint, install, or modify the part in any way whatsoever, you own the part without question.  Due to the nature of fiberglass manufacturing, re-trimming, filling, grinding, sanding and some modifications may be necessary before painting and final installation of the parts.  Also mould lines and some minor imperfections such as air bubbles, chipped gel coat, over-trimmed or under-trimmed pieces can be expected. For these reasons we recommend professional installation by a professional who has experience in installing similar fibreglass products.  All pieces, whether they are in primer or gel coat finish, must be sanded and primed again before you start painting.

 

2.      SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY

  • Flying Performance International checks all goods carefully before shipping and we do not send damaged goods.

  • Flying Performance International packs all merchandise carefully and securely for best protection to prevent damage during shipments.

  • All items are, by default, sent un-insured. Please ask for a freight insurance cover if you would like an item protected against any damage or loss during shipments. Insurance costs are extra.

  • Under the Australian Law, Flying Performance International is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage of goods occurred in transit, unless the customer paid freight insurance for the particular goods at the time of purchase.

 

3.      SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

    When we need to place a special order from overseas for the product, any cancellation, change and refund of the deposit / product won't be accepted.  So please choose the product carefully.  For any special order, the total order value including freight is required before we actually place an order.  (We will tell you beforehand if we need to place a special order.)

 

4.      PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS

    Pricing, material, design, and any other specifications of our products are subject to changes without notice.

 

5.      OTHER POLICIES

    Some products may not be legal for use on public road and are intended for off-road / track use only, depending on the law of its land.  Incorrect use of our products may result in damage to your vehicles. Failure to observe any notes or recommendations may result in incorrect use of our products.  Flying Performance International will accept no responsibility for the incorrect use of our products.  Flying Performance International also won't have any responsibility to, and liability to any damage or harm caused to property, person or any form of life, directly or indirectly related to the use of our products, or by misusage of our products, or in car accident, or in any way whatsoever.

 

6.      ACCEPTANCE POLICY

    Purchasing goods from Flying Performance International Pty Ltd implies that you agree with the prices, and all of our company policies.
