Increasing the amount and traveling speed of exhaust flow is the FIRST STEP TO INCREASE ENGINE PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY. The factory exhaust system represents a restriction in the stock configuration. By designing a system that increases the amount and traveling speed of exhaust flow, it allows for a reduction in backpressure and thermal stress, thus unleashing the engine’s potential to improve power, torque and responsiveness.

Through countless efforts of R&D in our overseas development center, FLYING FIREBALL Mufflers are all DYNO & ROAD TESTED FOR PROVEN IMPROVED PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY. We are able to maximize power and torque gains throughout a broad power band, while maintaining reasonable sound levels with high quality sound deadening materials for normal street use. All our performance mufflers are designed for easy weld on fitment to the stock cat-back exhaust pipe to provide simple installation and long term durability.

Each muffler is EXTREMELY LIGHT WEIGHT with only 50% OF THE STANDARD OEM ITEM and made in exceptional quality and features 2.5" / 3" STRAIGHT-THROUGH ULTRA HI-FLOW DESIGN, SEAMLESS WELDING WITH HIGH-QUALITY T - 304 GRADE POLISHED & BUFFED STAINLESS STEEL, which allows for smooth, consistent and turbulence-free exhaust flow throughout the entire length of the muffler. FLYING EXHAUST FIBERGLASS WRAP

You have seen it in proper race cars like V8 Supercars and JGTC in Japan, and now we bring it to the street, introducing the FLYING Exhaust Fiberglass Wrap. It is a weave of the finest insulating fiberglass material with extremely closed texture pattern. The type of fiberglass we are using to make the Exhaust Wrap is carefully examined and tested in our overseas development centre to ensure it will last over the vehicle's working life for reliability and durability. It keeps the heat in the pipe and at the same time protects the electronic components in the engine bay.

The wrap is about 2 millimeters thick and 2 inches wide, can withstand temperature of up to 600 degrees Celsius which is something that the HPC won't be able to offer. Keeping exhaust heat inside your exhaust pipes maintains exhaust gas velocity, helps to increase combustion scavenging and increases power. FLYING Exhaust Fiberglass Wrap can also reduce under bonnet temperatures as much as 80% by insulating both fuel and clutch lines, while protecting mechanics and other electronic components in the engine bay from injury. For example, 6 -12 meters long is enough to wrap 4-8 cylinder extractors easily. The 2 clamps that come with the 6 meters wrap pack are used to keep the wrap in places after you wrap the pipe.
